The Film
At seventeen, Arch stands on the outside of a world he longs to enter. The music is everywhere—in the clubs, the bars, the record collections, and the lives of the musicians who keep it alive. But knowing the music and belonging to its world are two different things.
Through a chance connection with seasoned musicians, club owners, and record collectors, Arch begins to discover the community behind the sound. Under the guidance of people who have spent their lives chasing the groove, he learns that music is more than a performance. It is a craft, a language, and an inheritance.
Set against the winter boardwalk and the working music scene of early-1980s New Jersey, Boardwalk Saints is a story about mentorship, loyalty, and finding your place in a world that doesn't open its doors easily.
It Was Never Just About the Music.
